Bagles

Just a recipe box post.

These are the best bagles I've ever tasted outside of NYC. I'm tempted to never go back to NYC to get bagles because I may discover that the bagles there actually pale in comparison and my memorises will be ruined.

For some reason, I got 15 bagles (and I did weigh them too), but who'se complaining. None of my carb loving crew for sure. I know KC was happy she had that tooth to help her out with these. The crust was unbelievable.

Thanks to the local Europa market, we were able to accet these with smoked trout salad and smoked sausage. I think that's my bagle calories quota for the year.
